Your cart must meet the minimum dollar spend noted in the offer listing. If not, you will see a higher flat-rate charge for shipping. Flat rate shipping for discounted offers ranges from $13.95 - $19.95. This flat rate will be adjusted in your cart once you meet the minimum cart dollar amount.
For Example:
If the minimum is $9, flat rate shipping can range $13.95 - $18.95. If you add at least $9 to your cart, the shipping rate will adjust to standard shipping rates.
